Industrial Relations Law

Ricarda’s work in this area is focussed on dismissals, temporary contracts, company pension schemes, employment status and collective rights. She advises, represents and trains representatives of all types of employee committees in extrajudicial negotiations, court order procedures and arbitration boards, such as reconciliation of interests and redundancy packages, and is an expert in the areas of civil service law and freedom of employment contracts.

Social Security Law

The focus in this area lies on the employment promotion law under SGB III regulations, pension legislation, accident insurance law, the rights of the severely disabled as well as questions around the determination of status as dependent contractor (false self-employment). Ricarda is not active in the areas of social welfare, unemployment benefits type II, child benefits or the Federal Education Assistance Act (BAföG).
